Being a quality conscious organization, we continuously strives to achieve excellence in its wide spectrum of products. The company makes sure that before delivery, the products undergo a strict testing process for quality and functionality. The products are tested for parameters like durability, reliability, accuracy and quality of raw materials.

We are well equipped with modern equipment for testing like digital voltmeter, digital ammeter, LCR meter, high voltage flash tester for checking accuracy, and quality of the products. These tests ensure a trouble free, long and dependable operation.

High Voltage BDV Insulation Oil Test Set

The PACT make OIL TEST SET (PACT-OTS) are used to verify the quality of the insulation oil used for circuit breakers, transformers. The insulating oil provides the insulation under high voltage potentials. The dielectric strength of insulating oil measures the ability of the oil to withstand the electrical stresses without failures. Any severe reduction in the value of the dielectric, will no longer allow the insulating oil to perform its role & equipment is subjected to failure.

We have 4 different series 1000, 2000, 3000 and 4000 available in our product range. All these series have a capacity range from 60 to 100 KV.

The PACT-OTS comes with adequate interlocking and safety for drive, HT chamber door. Complete protection provided for isolating HT, incase of emergencies in control circuits. These are rugged, reliable, and designed with field use in mind.

Applications:

These PACT-OTS are used for determining the dielectric BDV of insulating oils, both new and in-service ones, used in transformers, switchgear and other electrical equipments. They are suitable for field or laboratory use and will test oil to many international specifications.
